You love the dentistry.
Let’s build a practice that loves you back.

Clinical passion, business systems, and execution without the tension.

Articulating paper and shimstock held by Dr. Megan Shelton demonstrating clinical standards in practice systems for comprehensive care like Kois, Dawson, Pankey, Spear for profitable quality outcomes that patients and clinicians desire.

The truth no one told you in Dental School

You love the work. The training, the risk, the loans, all of it was for the dentistry. And somewhere along the way, the practice stopped loving you back. It takes more than it gives. More hours, more decisions, more of you.

Here's what I know after years inside practices like yours. Not one doctor has ever told me, "I don't have enough money." Every single one has said, "I don't have enough time." The production is there. The hours are gone. That's not a money problem. That's a systems problem wearing a money costume.

More effort won't fix it. You've already proven that. Practices don't grow on effort. They grow on systems.

Anterior Space Planner

How much space should your aligner plan leave for the restorations?

Enter the actual mesiodistal widths of the maxillary anteriors. You'll see the ideal width for each tooth, how much space to open between the front four teeth in ClinCheck, and which side of each tooth it goes on.

Where the space goes

Laterals

Two-thirds of the added space goes on the mesial and one-third on the distal. That gives the restoration room for correct mesial axial inclination.

Centrals

A narrow central's discrepancy is split evenly on the mesial and distal, so the tooth is built out symmetrically and the midline stays centered.

Targets used

A planning guide based on average tooth proportions. Final widths and space distribution are the treating clinician's decision.
