By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Shelton Solutions provides business coaching, consulting, and advisory services to dental practices, dental technology companies, and wellness/hospitality brands. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of business results, or professional legal, financial, tax, or medical/clinical advice. We do not collect medical or health information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this Site or submit any form on it. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality, security, or availability (including via bots, scrapers, or malicious code);

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;

  • Use any contact information, form, or content on the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications to us or attempt to harvest data from the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

4. No Professional or Guaranteed-Outcome Advice

Content on this Site - including coaching frameworks, case studies, testimonials, and marketing materials - is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, clinical, or professional advice specific to your practice or business, and should not be relied upon as such.

Testimonials and results referenced on the Site (including specific figures, percentages, or outcomes) reflect the experiences of individual clients and are not guarantees, promises, or representations of the results you will achieve. Business outcomes depend on many factors unique to each practice, including effort, market conditions, and execution, and past results do not guarantee future performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, coaching methodologies, downloadable materials, and design elements - is the property of Shelton Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

6. Forms, Inquiries, and Scheduling

When you submit a contact form, request a discovery call, or otherwise provide information through the Site, you authorize Shelton Solutions to contact you by email (and phone, if provided) regarding your inquiry and, where you've opted in, our services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a call does not create a client, advisory, or contractual relationship. Any engagement for services will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

7. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or tools (including scheduling tools, payment processors if applicable, and social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by Shelton Solutions. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Advertising and Marketing Platforms

We advertise our Services through third-party advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other digital marketing platforms. These platforms may place cookies or similar tracking technologies on your device when you interact with our ads or visit our Site. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how these technologies work and your choices regarding them.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not warrant or guarantee any specific business, financial, or practice-growth outcomes from use of the Site or engagement of our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHELTON SOLUTIONS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shelton Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Miscellaneous
